To help make the most of your time, we have provided a list of items that we hope you will find helpful.

- Scheduling Your Appointment
In order to insure that you receive the time and the day you desire, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the spa. Spa packages are best if booked 3-5 weeks in advance, although we will do our best to accommodate shorter notices. Please leave us a message so we can return your call.

- Unable to keep your appointment?
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for individual services and a 48-hour cancellation notice for spa packages. Less notice may result in a 50% service charge. Missed appointments may be charged in full.

- Running Late?
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please call if you have trouble keeping your appointment time. Service time may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals or may need to be rescheduled.

- Confirmation Calls
We will give you a complimentary reminder call prior to your appointment. Please provide us with the correct information to reach you.

- Deposits
A 50% deposit may be required on all spa packages at the time the appoinment is made.

- Want a New Perspective?
Please don’t hesitate to experiment and work with other members of our team. Feel free to get a different point of view from any of our professional staff. Our goal is your satisfaction.

- Special Occasion Style
Our Salon will help design that perfect style for your special occasion. To facilitate changing clothes after your style, please wear a button front shirt which will perserve your style. To Save time, arrive at the salon with hair shampooed and dried, unless otherwise specified by your stylist.

- Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the pricing of any of our services or gift certificates, and is greatly appreciated by our staff. It is, however, included in the Weston Glow, Indulge, Gentlemen's Package and Spa Sampler.

- Payment

We accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, or personal checks. We highly value your opinion, please let us know what we could do to make your time with us more enjoyable. Our Salon and Spa offer a smoke free environment. Prices are subject to change.
